I have seen and learned the residential construction industry from every angle and am very proud of my career and accomplishments there. I have had the opportunity to work for one of the largest and most profitable home builders in the United States, and I have also worked with small local builders. Regardless of the size or situation of the company I have used my time to learn everything I could about what creates effectiveness and efficiency within the business and I have strived to create positive change to help improve profitability, quality of life, and customer experience. After my years in the industry I am now using my experience to drive production and operations forward in a senior leadership position and taking on new challenges, using my experience and creativity to grow what will become the next standard of quality in the Richmond area for residential construction.
