Bhd. is a fast moving consumer good (FMCG) producer, a major share holder for the personal hygiene industry (e.g. Drypers, TENA and Libresse).I am attached to the Research and Development Department, New Product Development (NPD) work closely with all core functions of the company (i.e. marketing, sourcing, QA/QC, Production)Experience(s):1. Develop new in-house test method for materials.2. Liaised with new suppliers on new product development / continuous improvement 3. Study and test out material properties to ensure usability and process run ability.4. Involved in new product launching 5. Involved in trial runs for new product development 6. Managing material requirements for multiple projects at a time.7. Qualification of new suppliers and new materials 8. Supplier on site process audits 9. Supplier on site testing for development materials10. Work with supplier to create new material grades11. Work with supplier to create in house test method.11. Study on critical properties of materials (e.g. safety and health, process ability, physical properties, chemical properties and etc.)12. Production process improvements.13. Involved in R&D Lab improvements.14. SixPack statistical analysis for in-coming materials15. Improvement of R&D Lab test methods16. Maintenance of lab equipment. 17. Involved in machine and WI validation for new product launch.18. ISO documentations and improvement of Document Management System.19. Lead lab improvement project (i.e. cost saving and new testing method)20. Personnel calibration and MSA for technicians.21. Lead and work together with supplier on PE and Nonwoven printing project. (i.e. ensure that printing process and product is meeting our quality expectations)22. Development of new standards for printing test method.23. Documentation of all material specifications.

Bhd. is a consulting firm that focuses on cost reduction and process optimization; examples of training modules are SixSigma, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Fault Method Error Analysis (FMEA), POKA YOKE, Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing(GD&T) and etc. We do in house training and customized towards the clients needs or process.Experiences :1. Manage as well as set up meetings and training sessions and logistics.2. Customize training modules to fit with client's requirement and needs (SixSigma,Poka-Yoke, FMEA, GD&T, etc.)3. Assist in on site training sessions, custom made to fit the client's production, business models.4. Learn and develop hands on model to be used as example and training, for better understanding.During the duration of my training program, assisting in the module customization I was able to learn and develop my own skills, which not only expands my knowledge as an engineer, but it has given me a broader perspective in problem solving and critical thinking.

Main attachment is in the Technical Service Department, however I was involved myself in multiple departments as my own initiative to learn as much as I could. I take the initiative to find work as to improve my knowledge and learn.1.
