I have worked In Early Years Education and Childcare for over 20 years. I have a foundation degree In Early Years education and topped that up to a full BA honors in education and training. I am studying for a diploma in Play Therapy. I am passionate about the importance of play in children's learning and I despair at the too much too soon culture within our education system and the effects that has on our children's emotional wellbeing, EQ before IQ I also believe children need to be outside more, but understand that we live in an age of technology and it also has an important role in their lives.
