Currently I oversee our Auto Accept product within none standard hire purchase market. My role is to improve our competitive edge by constantly improving the product whilst driving the department forward. We are always looking for innovative ways to enhance the customer experience through feedback and a constant drive for improvement. Personally, I have 11 years experience in people and performance management within a fast paced company financial organisation. Over the years working in the financial sector, I have acquired many skills including project management, data analysis and meeting facilitation. I am a very driven and enthusiastic person and thrive in a people orientated environment. Using methods and valuable experience I have gained within my current company, I have a strong ability to create an outstanding team culture and performance to match. I am driven by responsibility and ownership and have nearly 20 years worth of experience in the financial sector in total. I am always keen to learn new ways of working and approach all situations with enthusiasm and a positive mental attitude. For my current employer I have been heavily involved in the development of future leaders in the business through our in house training academy. Having run many projects I feel comfortable managing change on a large scale. I have been part of setting up long lasting auditing mechanisms to manage risk. I am heavily into self development and personal growth and have tried to foster a team culture whereby staff are continually pushing and bettering themselves both inside of the workplace and outside. I would say my strongest qualities lie in people management.
