Skilled in managing safety, schedule, cost controls, construction paths, QAQC, client and employee requests, varying crew sizes and dealing with logistical challenges across multiple job sites simultaneously. Over the years I have worked in most sectors of the business starting with small home construction to multi-family dwellings and large scale custom homes.I've also gained experience in service work with a wide spectrum of clients from food service, manufacturing, fertilizer plants and offload facilities, designed and built plant automation systems, plastics and petroleum. I have also in recent years started and operated a new commercial/light industrial electrical division, moving away from heavy industrial completing a wide variety of successful projects on time and on budget. This new endeavour has brought some interesting challenges like working with new clients as well as working with more sub-trades and ensuring all scopes are completed under the umbrella of the same saftey system and budget. Over the years and different facilities I'm well versed in various safety systems, permitting, and preventative maintenance procedures as well as being very comfortable working in both new construction and live facilities.I'm a self starter and have worked both on my own completing small projects as well as managed a wide variety of crew sizes. I am very comfortable balancing safety, quality and production while satisfying proper business protocol for my employer as well as my client.
