I am passionate about helping customers solve their problems and reach their goals. I combined my knowledge as an electrician with my project management skills to launch Shea Electric & Communications LLC in 2006. As COO at Shea Electric, my duties run the gamut from meeting with clients and developing solutions for their needs to providing guidance and inspiration to team members and ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner, on budget and to the client’s satisfaction.I’m a strong believer in education and self-growth, and have been a member of TEC/Vistage, serves on the WI National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Board of Directors, Co-Chair the Fox Valley Division of WI NECA and serves as the WI NECA Chapter representative for ELECTRI International. I’ve earned a certificate in healthcare construction, have attended multiple project management classes and several other educational seminars.
