In this stand alone position I am responsible for operational and strategic HR delivery: • Provide quality and professional advice to employees on general queries and issues, in line with Company policy, process and procedure.• Manage and advise on all employee relation cases from performance, maternity/paternity, absence management, grievance and redundancy. • Provision of all HR administration and all associated documentation, including references, contracts, addendum letters and references. • Ensure accurate and up to date employee information (HRIS) – Maintaining the HR database and employee files. • Manage on-boarding of new employees. • Manage the off-boarding experience, providing data-driven insight into leaving trends via exit interviews and suggesting recommendations. • Benefits – Manage the current benefit’s package within the company such as private medical insurance, cycle to work schemes and childcare vouchers including renewal and negotiation. • L&D – Sourcing and delivery of Learning and Development initiatives and programmes.• Manage end to end recruitment process.
