Bodifix is a forward-thinking business aimed at increasing Sports Performance, Health and Wellbeing and Injury Prevention for all, whether young, old, beginner or professional. Using the most up to date methods we investigate the physiological reasons for restricted performance and injury development. This includes reviewing training plans, day to day movement and exercise techniques. Our customers experience a professional and bespoke experience to identify individual links within the body that are in need of development. Our services include Functional Movement Screening, Heartrate Variability, Sports Therapy, Physiological Testing (including strength, power, speed, agility and endurance). We provide seminars across the topics of sport science which include periodisation of training, exercise techniques, injury prevention strategies, analysis of technique and programming for strength/speed/power. As we sit down more and exercise harder, the toll on the body can create a quality of life plagued by tightness, discomfort and pain. Unlike general manual therapys, Bodifix investigates what is limiting performance and causing injuries which often is not the area of pain its self. By getting the brain to learn the better system, a long term strategy is created. As Qualified Health and Wellbeing Physiologists we pride ourselves on ensuring health is at the centre of our services. We are currently researching the most reliable and effective ways of reviewing current health status and future risk indicators.
