As an Officer Recruiter at the US Air Force, I lead a team of seven personnel in the accessions of quality officer candidates over a four-state, 27-university, and 48-medical facility area of responsibility. I have over 20 years of experience in the Air Force, ranging from security and law enforcement to recruiting, and I hold a bachelor's degree in management/leadership and two associate's degrees in human resources and criminal justice.I am passionate about finding and developing the next generation of officers to fill critical positions in the Air Force, such as physicians, dentists, and nurses. I am responsible for the professional development of my team and the direction of regional marketing and advertising campaigns. I also provide quality assurance review of approximately 100 applicants annually, refining and maintaining readiness for 30 future officers yearly. I am a fast learner with impeccable resilience, and I enjoy adapting to the ever-changing environments and challenges that I face in my career. Wildlife and conservation are also important to me, and I would love to be a part of a team that shares this vision.
