We like to sell the homes before we even start working on them so that we can put the new owner in a position to select finishes. Most times you only get this kind of attention with new homes. My job is to assess the homes and provide a link to the new homeowner, thus conveying their goals for the finished home. Once that is established, I keep the project on time for a scheduled closing date. It is really rewarding watching these homes come back to life, with far more character than any new home can provide.
