Lead all assigned projects requiring the merchandise management and logistics support for Crate and Barrel Holdings (CBH) Brands for our Marketing, Ecommerce, and B2B for US and international locations. Assisted in weekly truck unloading/processing and backorder fulfillment.

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the clients program. Determined the value of advertising submitted by retailers and/or wholesalers under the terms of the assigned client program. Tracked pertinent information as required by the client, and providing customer service regarding status, programs, and issue resolution. Assisted in-house software development team by testing newly implemented features.
