Training Superintendent
CurrentManage both the Tertiary programs and the delivery and recording of efficient, engaging and cost-effective compliance training to a broad range of employees within the region of responsibility, by understanding the needs of the business and implementing training programs and activities of the Company. Key responsibilities include:- Ensure an effective training system and associated processes are developed and maintained to effectively provide the required compliance training needs to the Wilmar Cane Products Group.- Manage end to end activities (ie recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, awards and recognition, RTO liaison to termination) of apprentices, trainees and cadets.- Manage work experience programs (PIC role working with regional personnel) to ensure that agreements/contracts relating to the area are centrally managed.- Deliver compliance training and assessment activities in alignment with relevant legislation and Wilmar policies and procedures.- Coordinate Factory Operations training program.- Development and update of training resources and documentation to ensure compliance with legislation and Wilmar policies.- Assist with coordinating, scheduling and recording of compliance training activities as required.- Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders including the provision of timely and accurate information, advice and reports.- Effectively consult with external education and government institutions in relation to vocational training, employment and funding requirements.- Manage RTO relations and third-party arrangements for all compliance training related activities.
