I was part of a new outbound team set up within this business and started to help deliver outstanding sales results both personally and as part of the team. I had a great working relationship with all my team members as this helped me settle into a new environment. After a couple of weeks I decided that the new challenge of this industry suited me and I decided that I could stay in this role but also further develop my career in this industry. I developed strong communication skills within this role and learned how to profile customers to provide the right service for the customer.
