The One Young World Peace Ambassador programme, in partnership with the European Commission, supports young people working to prevent and counter violent extremism (P/CVE) in their communities. Since 2017, the European Commission has supported 240 young people in developing countries who are active in P/CVE and peace building initiatives.With the overall objective of empowering young leaders in developing countries to contribute to preventing and countering violent extremism and building peace in their communities, One Young World and the European Commission have brought together five cohorts of exceptional young leaders. 50 delegates from emerging economies around the world will attend the 2022 annual One Young World Summit in Manchester, United Kingdom.In 2022, I was glad to have been chosen out of 6000+ applications to become the "ONE YOUNG WORLD EUROPEAN UNION PEACE AMBASSADOR" also a delegate speaker talking about "Conflict Prevention and Peace building"

Jenga lives is a community-based organization (JLC) formally registered as Phenomenal Young youth group on the 14th July 2020, before 2022 where it was upgraded to a community-based organization.JLC is a Community Based Organization, Non-Profit and Non-Governmental initiated to help spearheadcommunity driven development initiatives and enable needy community groups participate in integratedactivities to achieve quality livelihood and be self-sustainable.JLC delivers its activities through the power and spirit of volunteerism approach to build sustainablecommunities / intercultural exchange and thriving villages in our country. Our main purpose is creatingalternatives for the youths in the informal settlements of Kamukunji (youth mobility, social inclusion andphysical activities, community development, promotion of peace among our diverse communities,understanding and unity of purpose.JLC provides services in entrepreneurship and development, information technology trainings andempowerment (ICT), education (JENGA LIVES COMMUNITY LIBRARY), advocacy against drugs abuse, boys and girls mentorship, supporting orphans, vulnerable children and street families, deployment ofvolunteers to various community projects, Capacity Building sessions to youth groups, vocational schools,primary and secondary schools, Film and Media services.Jenga lives as the name itself suggests “JENGA” (to build) it harness and develop the power of youngpeople, by effectively involving them in direct implementation of the core activities that develops theirskills, enabling them to become self-reliant and sustainable people in community service and development.We engage young people in a constructive manner enabling them initiate and build their ideas, developprototype, test and develop products that meet the people’s needs and help reduce the problems andchallenges that are most faced in the development sector.

I was running an online campaign on different social media platforms to inform Youths on Dangers of Violent extremism. A campaign dubbed "Usipangwe Jidhamini" a swahili word meaning Don't be negatively influenced rather value yourself as an individual. I was coming up with contents for the different social media platforms and engaging with the users.

Given our work and knowledge with innovative solutions, entrepreneurs and programs, some via our Plasticity Forum which is unique in its space and focus, we are able to deliver a full range of solutions, with collaborative partners, for companies and governments on their packaging, products, materials, waste or recycling needs, which will help to achieving scaled plastic sustainability objectives, with good stories that go with it, for your employees, and the communities you serve.As an NGO based in the continent of Asia and North America, we needed a person to spearhead our “RECYCLING ROOSTER” project in Kenya which is a puppet show or play that can be adopted by any community, anywhere in the world, as a story to help teach, educate, inspire, and empower the youth of our world to understand the importance of recycling and proper waste management.I was the project manager in Kenya where I was funded USD 2,500 to manage this project.

The National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) of Kenya is a government agency. It is intended to address and reduce inter-ethnic conflicts. The Commission was created by the National Cohesion and Integration Act (no. 12 of 2008) following the 2007- 2008 post-election crisis. During the 2022 Elections I was among the lead Youths in promoting peace through spoken word poetry.
