- Recruitment and scouting of prospective new talent for representation in commercial and print advertisement in conjunction with the identification and expansion of currently represented rosters strengths and ability to meet industry demands.- Proactive and intentional design of client professional development plans, audition preparation guidance and industry mentorship and motivation, as it pertains to ongoing success and growth within both the commercial and entertainment industries.- Hourly review and completion of new project casting requests for roster submissions based on talent availability and qualification. Distribution of audition notifications / materials and coordination of information between talent and casting throughout the audition process.- Contract auditing, explanation and negotiation of working rates and conditions upon talent booking. Billing, invoicing, payment tracking and dispute resolution to ensure a smooth payment process and uphold industry standards and expectations between talent, production and ad agency.

- Responsible for company’s payroll, 401K, and health plan administration. Assist with company expense and client trust account month and year end reconciliation as well as annual expense budgeting.- Lead coordinator of deal information and acting liaison between the accounting department and the client, agent, production accountant, buyer or client’s representatives (attorney and manager) for all payment related questions.- Consistently reviewed contracts and deal memos to ensure payments were made in a timely fashion for all Directors, Producers, Associate Directors, Creative Directors, Choreographers and Set Designers.- Oversaw a multimillion-dollar budget, optimizing resource allocation and reducing operational costs.- Daily wire transfer verification, collection / processing of client compensation or commission payments, and administration of the agency’s bank deposits.- Maintained the accounting files for the agency’s client base and regularly audited certain accounting transactions. Preparation of timecards and collection of payroll start paperwork for above the line talent when necessary.- Creation of customized excel spreadsheets at client’s request.- Other duties include interpretation of contracts, tax withholding, participation statements, various payroll policies, and concepts of financial reporting, booking, check auditing and a general knowledge of accounting and the payroll process in the entertainment industry.

Responsible on a day to day basis for handling all incoming calls, taking orders over the phone, heavy customer follow-up, trouble shooting and minor dispute resolution while providing excellent customer service.Other responsibilities included maintaining a courteous and professional manner at all times, responding and investigating customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, providing appropriate technical or product related information, researching and resolving customer complaints or billing issues, and effectively communicating customer issues and concerns to applicable staff members while documenting all contacts, actions, and responses in Pac Ware database.
