At Voalte (acquired by Hillrom), managed 4 analytics products including internal product analytics which enabled actionable insights for caregivers and product team.Responsibilities included user research, prototyping, prioritizing features and defect fixes for Roadmap, pricing analysis, architecture design, managing 2 developers and executing releases on schedule. Designed end-to-end analytics architecture leveraging Tableau (strongest), Power BI, SSRS, AWS (Redshift, S3, GLUE, EMR, Athena), Azure (Synapse, Blob, Data Factory), Segment.io, and custom ETL in Python.Leveraged data from the following Hillrom applications to create actionable Insights: mobile communication platform (Voalte), Nurse Call, Real Time Locating Systems, Smart Beds, Smart Lifts, Patient Engagement Tablet app, predictive patient deterioration scores and vitals monitoring alerts.
