All Laing O’Rourke personnel were demobilised in Febuary 2015 apart from core crew

 Construction and commissioning of 9 balanced machines, including 4 stackers, 3 reclaimers and 2 shiploaders. Performing isolations, issuing/holding permits and lockboxes. Completing Stage 1 construction check sheets. Verifying correctness and completeness of check sheets completed by the area electricians. Red-lining drawings. Selected by Jacobs (EPCM) as leading hand electrician for a small commissioning team across all 9 machines. Led a team of 3-4 electricians. Completing Stage 2 (no-load), 3 (load) and 4 (performance) commissioning check sheets. Maintaining production and training operators prior to handover. Completing a reclaimer bucketwheel changeout following a major breakdown. Ensuring safe working zone is set up for both day and night shifts. Twice-daily progress updates to Jacobs. Conducting safety pre-starts with the shutdown team. Handovers with dayshift crew. Supervising and ensuring all activities are carried out safely, achieving zero LTI hours for the duration of the commissioning
