As a Product Manager at Capital One, I am responsible for the mobile strategy for a segment of our Credit Card business, specifically defining the mobile customer experience around Fraud. My development teams continuously deliver new features for the Capital One Mobile App, the company's flagship mobile banking app on both the iOS and Android platform. Additionally, I lead our teams in discovering innovative solutions to customer's problems using the Design Thinking methodology. I am also heavily involved with campus recruiting and have a passion for finding and developing top talent. In pursuit of this passion, I created and manage Capital One's Collegiate Hackathon strategy and execution. My team partners with MLH and Universities across the country to host high-quality events that provides students with a space to learn, build, and innovate.
