Daniel is a 10-year veteran of commercial real estate working at Irvine Company. In his current role, he helps manage development, redevelopment, and reinvestment projects within the company's 9 million square foot retail portfolio of both regional and neighborhood centers.Prior to Irvine Company, Daniel was at Trammell Crow Company, where he participated in the development of 4.8 million square feet of industrial buildings, spread over seven projects valued at $1.2 Billion. He also led the initial underwriting for all multifamily development opportunities of 150 or more units, helping build the pipeline to over 1,000 units with an estimated project costs of nearly $700 million.Prior to TCC, Daniel was a Vice President with Cresa in Los Angeles, where he negotiated over 100 transactions on behalf of his tenant clients. These transactions ranged in size from single office users to 200,000 sf warehouses. A select list of clients included: Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Guardian Life Insurance, CORT Furniture Rental, Skanska, Petco, and The Consulate General of Kenya Los Angeles. He holds an MBA and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California, was a triple major at the University of Arizona, and has received multiple certificates from The University of California, Los Angeles.
