During my time at Lakeland, I have been incredibly fortunate to have been presented with numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth. As a Resident Assistant, Time Management Coach, and Blue and Gold Champion, I have honed my leadership skills while actively contributing to the campus community. Additionally, my role in the reservation department at The Osthoff Resort has provided me with valuable experience in customer service and hospitality management. Furthermore, my involvement in Lakeland's LCS program, where I work with students with intellectual disabilities, has allowed me to cultivate empathy, patience, and adaptability.Even during summers at home, I have continued to pursue growth opportunities. I have diversified my skill set by working in construction, including roofing and carpentry, which has strengthened my ability to problem-solve and collaborate effectively in diverse teams. These varied experiences have not only expanded my knowledge base but have also instilled in me a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Overall, my diverse range of roles and experiences at Lakeland and beyond has equipped me with a versatile skill set, a passion for serving others, and a drive for excellence.
