Finance & Legal support to the Group CFO and Group Management in all financialand legal matters with special focus on· Further development of group reporting and budgeting templates and processes· Collaboration in the development of the corporate strategy· Preparation of business plans and medium term planning of the group· Elaboration of a group wide risk management· Development of an incentive model for key employees· Implementation of the group holding structure· Revision and unification of client contracts as well as support of key accountmanagers in contract negotiations· Establishment of group wide business rules and regulations
