Proactive, creative and responsible team player with a global perspective.As a Senior Advisor ESG & Sustainability Transformation at SLR Consulting, I help clients achieve their sustainability goals with my focus on sustainability leadership and transformation, and by leading multidisciplinary teams to support companies across their sustainability journey including strategy development, sustainability narrative, circular economy, climate, ESG reporting and ESG integration.I love facilitating workshops and teaching. Since 2015, I'm a lecturer in my spare time at Erfurt University, including on sustainability transformation at their Institute of Planetary Health Behavior, and a visiting lecturer at other universities for example in Barcelona or Zurich. I lead the German part of the GlobCom project, a unique 15 countries global student competition that fosters intercultural collaboration and responsibility. I serve on the board of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA), chairing the IPRA Climate Change Chapter and judging the Golden World Awards, and the German CSR Association Unternehmen Verantwortung Gesellschaft (UVG) e.V., organizing online events and contributing to CSR Magazin.
