I was in charge of all areas of Human Resources: * End to end recruitment: preparing job ads, screening applications, arranging interviews and conducting reference checks and onboarding/offboarding; employment agreements.* Onboarding and Inductions for new starters; offboarding for leavers* Ensuring all HR administrative records are updated and maintained;* Implementation of policies and procedures;* Identifying, planning, and implementing HR and Health, safety, wellbeing initiatives.* Development, facilitation and coordination of the learning and development strategy, implementing learning programs across the organisation;* Payroll and Labour Laws and Union matters.
