Investment Analyst
CurrentIn my current position, I serve as a specialist in performance reporting, a pivotal function within Mercer's business. I am responsible for crafting and delivering in-depth investment evaluation reports, offering clients crucial insights into portfolio performance, asset attribution, risk analysis, and benchmark comparisons.In addition to my performance reporting responsibilities, I play an integral role in the Global Private Markets team, contributing to the production of quarterly reports for two distinct clients investing in private equity and private infrastructure. Furthermore, I am actively involved in crafting ESG Impact Reports for Mercer Private Investment Funds (PIPs).I also contribute to our European operations, with a particular focus on producing and verifying Critical Review Reports for our clients in Ireland.Moreover, I am a member of the Central Data Request (CDR) team, which is responsible for liaising with external asset managers to gather, store, distribute, and validate fund information to facilitate the production of the team’s investment monitoring reports.Lastly, I am involved in Deadlines Management sub-team, where I negotiate deadlines for the upcoming quarters for all deliverables that the Performance and Reporting Team is responsible for producing and delivering to all the client teams. This role enhances my communication and negotiation skills significantly.
