Experience with:- Planning and preparing small and medium size construction works;- Coordinating and supervising construction works such as requalification of commercial spaces in its various branches;- Preparation and assistance in the development of work plans, strategies and task administration;- Executing works for advertising purposes in public spaces;- Preparing quantifications, budgets and respective provisions;- Elaboration of civil construction projects in the fields of hydraulics and fire safety;- Corrective and preventive maintenance in reinforced concrete and metallic structures, paintings and works hydraulics.

Experience with:- Management of clients and employment contracts;- Drafting and assistance in drafting residential and commercial construction projects in the architectural, structural branches (in reinforced concrete and metallic), hydraulic, electrical;- Drafting and assistance in drafting quantifications and budgets for small works;- Project coordination and monitoring small-scale residential projects;- Project management and monitoring small and medium-sized remodeling;- Supervision and maintenance management plumbing, electrical and general painting.
