Working for The Amor Group/Lockheed Martin for the last 5 years has seen me contracted to around 15 different companies and I have had to adapt to a lot of different companies and IT systems and networks and work with a large variety of individuals. Achievements include periods in Service Desk roles and Desktop support roles and moving up within Lockheed Martin to a Senior Desktop Analyst role. Other achievements include working offshore dealing with a domain migration and various Windows roll outs, working away from home for weeks at a time.Service desk Analyst • Answering phones and logging calls, making sure that calls are passed to the correct groups and departments within the business. • This role also dealt with some low first line fixing of issues.Desktop analyst. • Going out into the business to visit customers and fix issues relating to all manner of problems including hardware and software trouble shooting and operating system problems.
