Managed an outdoor pool area with a team of about 25. The area, which was shared by two hotels and managed by Hyatt, had an outdoor BBQ Grill Restaurant, poolside food & beverage service and a Waterfall Bar "Outdoor Cigar Lounge". In addition to dining tables, my team and I were responsible for serving guests in 150 sun loungers.
