• Provide logistical support to cross functional teams; including Operations, Field Services, Development Operations, Finance and Project Management.
• Focusing on precision, log inventory updates of all project assets which are used for rollout installations.
• Ensure all deliverables have been met and collaborate with the internal operations team for process improvements.
• Accountable for communicating with Quality Assurance stakeholders to test critical hardware, used in multiple projects and coordinate any Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) with vendors.
• Act as the right-hand man for several project managers, help to issue purchase orders, keeping budget on track and updating project documents.

• Effectively assists in scaling the business by helping the Unilever team to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Provides timely execution of booking and tracking task to improve upon the ease of doing business for internal and external partners.
• Actively seeks out Amazon subject matter experts to keep the Unilever client service team on the cutting edge of new systems and technologies affecting their roles.
• Ensures that all media plans are properly executed and served properly through Amazon platforms.

Daily maintenance of multiple client accounts, including management of contractual obligations, processing detailed reports, and troubleshooting any issues. Serves as direct point of contact between clients, ITN Planning teams and ITN Sales representatives.Process and proof preliminary reports used in order to acquire new business opportunities for ITN.
