Previous Client Engagements: - Conducted pre-acquisition due diligence on a regional fast-food business for a private equity buyer. Quantified the impact of State and Local minimum wage increases on hourly employees and the expansion of health insurance coverage to 2,000 newly eligible employees under the Affordable Care Act. - Provided pre-deal diligence and post-merger integration support for a global medical device manufacturing company. Developed integration project plan, identified global headcount synergies and quantified the impact of harmonized compensation and benefit programs. - Supported the restructuring of one of the largest discount retailers in the U.S. Key activities included current state assessment, spans & layers analysis and future state organizational design. Supported the client in establishing several Centers of Excellence (COE), driving transparency and innovation throughout the organization while significantly reducing run-rate G&A costs. - Conducted a workforce assessment of a large real estate company that was undergoing major leadership and strategic changes following a large acquisition. Interviewed key leaders as part of a formal review of functional areas related to current headcount, workforce composition, capacity levels and human capital needs.

Consultant in the Human Capital consulting practice. Previous client engagements: - Restructured the Consumer Distribution organization at a global P&C insurance company. Supported the client with org design, country footprint strategy and financial analysis to help the client achieve $515MM run rate GOE savings and spans and layers targets.- Participated in an international engagement in Guatemala, supporting a start up organization with a recently developed nutritional supplement aimed to combat chronic malnutrition in Guatemala and neighboring countries. Assisted the organization in understanding the best approaches for product distribution within Guatemala, expansion strategies and marketing their products to local NGOs, international NGOs and consumers.- Supported an international bank in the global roll-out of revised anti-money laundering (AML) policies and procedures in response to government regulations. - Provided post-merger integration services for a hospital system seeking to harmonize the benefits programs of their nine member hospitals. Developed financial projections and impact analysis to determine cost savings resulting from the merger. - Served as financial consultant for a higher ed client seeking to redesign their $1.2B benefits program currently offered to roughly 300,000 faculty, staff, retirees and eligible dependents through a complex RFP process. Pro Bono activities:- Serve as volunteer mentor in the Deloitte Academy program, focused on growing the college-attending population of disadvantaged high school students in NYC through long-term mentoring commitment.
