Currently I am student in my second year at Durham College, studying Office Administration - Real Estate, graduating in 2020, earning a diploma in the field. For the past 10 years I have gathered extensive experience in customer service by the way of several long term jobs, which in turn has provided me with the know how and confidence to thrive in a Real-Estate office environment. After completing my diploma I will have the education to back up and bolster my already available skill set.Since 2015 I have volunteered with a local charity, Action Volunteers for Animals, which is how I spend a great deal of my free time. My favorite part about volunteering is trapping "feral cats" and taming them into "family pets" so they can be adopted out. Throughout the year our charity(AVA) holds several fundraisers, one in particular was held over the summer over on Phillip Murray Avenue in Oshawa, called the "Furry Friends 5K Fundraiser", and we ended up fundraising over $11,361 through sponsors and donors. In 2018-2019 I was one of two students selected to take part in the board meeting at Durham College, as the student voice, in regards to the Real Estate Program at Durham College.In conclusion, I aspire to graduate with honors at Durham College in 2020, and I want to succeed to the best of my ability in life, wherever that may be. I want to work hard and provide for myself and my family.
