Commanded over 4,000 personnel from 5 different services and NSA civilians in conducting global signals intelligence and offensive/defensive cyber missions Led sweeping NSA re-organization at the NSA Texas cryptologic center; expanded mission and finished $75 million construction 7 months early.

659th ISR Group Commander, Fort Meade, Maryland. Led 1,600 Airmen in 12 geographically separated locations in conducting on-network ISR operations for offensive and defensive cyber effects and network exploitation. $11.3 million O&M budget.

Student at National War College, Fort Lesley J. McNair, Washington, District of Columbia. Graduate level studies on national security policy and joint, combined and interagency strategy development. Authored papers on national security strategy for the Nagorno-Karabakh region and the growing Iran nuclear threat.

31st Intelligence Squadron Commander, Fort Gordon, Georgia. Commanded 340 Airmen in conducting cryptologic and signals intelligence analysis, reporting, and threat warning for combat operating and planning in the Middle East.

Military Aide to the Vice President of the United States, the White House, Washington, DC. Assist the Vice President in executing his national command decisions; controlled the "nuclear football". Developed detailed threat plans with US Secret Service, White House staff, and Department of Defense.

Oversaw all intelligence operations in the Pacific to include threat analysis, predictive environment awareness, targeting, ISR execution, and combat assessment in support of crisis action and deliberate planning efforts.
