Temporary position aimed at helping the store through a transition period.

As a Roots employee, I was active in the daily operations of the store that provided exceptional service to both customers and sales; through connecting with customers, organizing, understanding product knowledge, and upholding store values, I was responsible for creating a positive and helpful experience at Roots.

At Adidas, I was involved in sales, cashiering, and the back-of-house production. As a sales associate, I had the responsibility for maintaining store standards and driving sales. For the back of house, I was responsible for handling shipments, honouring requests for fellow associates, auditing, and being the SFS (Ship from Store) lead, where I would package and ship online orders.

As a Warehouse Associate for Lululemon, I was responsible for performing assigned tasks, varying from unloading pallets of received goods, managing and stocking the inventory for the warehouse, as well as cleaning the stations.
