In my role, I take pride in welcoming visitors and understanding the needs and challenges of farmers, actively promoting awareness of the company's activities within the community. I am dedicated to monitoring the implementation of Health and Safety regulations, overseeing the coordination of the Farmer Field School (FFS) within the company, and ensuring strict adherence to the regulations set forth by the Rain Forest Alliance (RA).

As the Rwanda Scale Innovation Support Coordinator, I took ownership of one project trial, actively supported the expansion of trials through farmer recruitment and training, and played a crucial role in trial execution, follow-up, and field coordination with partners. Additionally, I assisted the margin product team in organizing and conducting field activities, such as focus group discussions and product distribution follow-up. Managing responsibilities included overseeing temporary staff members and ensuring the smooth functioning of large-scale trials, including fruit tree sales, the chicken ambassador program, nutrition initiatives, and margin products, with a significant time commitment spent in the field for product follow-up and coordination
