As well as this, I worked regularly with the Archive on-site to answer questions which came up during the tour and provide those answers through further contact after the tour’s conclusion.• Distribution of alcoholic beverages in a friendly manner while adhering to both Storehouse policies and training.

• Routinely conducting guided tours around a series of historically accurate recreated sites, and providing in-depth and comprehensive knowledge regarding each individual site • Managing and co-ordinating varying sizes of groups (1 person-55 people) for prolonged periods (from 90 minutes to 2 hours), several times a day (a maximum of 4 individual tours) • Co-ordinating with other Tour Guides to maximise efficiency and patron satisfaction • Routinely monitor sites ensuring both the safety, and integrity of each attraction • Working inside of the Gift Shop area, both behind the till and recommending further reading to any of the visitors which had shown interest • Regularly transferred responsibilities when required and assumed the role of other occupations; Kitchen Staff, Park Maintenance Staff, etc.
