Department Manager
CurrentI am currently a customer experience lead manager at Sainsburys. I have worked in 8 different stores and on a variety of departments and have 15 years of management experience. I am well known as being a very engaging manager who is passionate about driving a real team spirit on any department that I am asked to manage. I have been responsible for strong KPI performances, being extremely sales driven at the forefront of that. I am very much career orientated and take great pride in the job that I do this is reflective of the merchandising standards I strive to consistently deliver on a daily basis.I take pride in celebrating success with my colleagues.One of the proudest moments of my career was being asked to help in the opening of a new store in Sheffield as Bakery manager. This entailed a lengthy recruitment process as well as training many brand new colleagues in the values and skills required to work for Sainsburys. I am open to progressing my career further either within a sector I have had many years experience in or alternatively developing my skills in a new role completely.
