My role consisted of surveying and managing contracts for many blue chip restaurant chains and individual commercial caterers. I oversaw a team of engineers that cleaned and maintained over 3000 canopy and extract systems per annum. Clients included some of the UK’s most successful restaurant chains including TGI Friday's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Novus Leisure, Samuel Smiths, Joseph Holts and Stonegate. They’re businesses that demand the peace of mind that comes from knowing that they are always in safe hands. Leveraging from my experience in the Commercial Cleaning Industry I have generated a very robust and extensive network of contacts. Additionally I have gained an in-depth knowledge of the procedures and other specific requirements for working within the Commercial Cleaning Industry.

During this roll I developed a comprehensive understanding of health and fire safety in the Commercial Kitchen Cleaning & Maintenance Industry. As head engineer I gained a broad understanding of kitchen extraction systems and how to correctly and safely maintain them to meet industry regulations. This knowledge has proved invaluable as I have progressed in the industry.
