In my current role I am responsible for managing the warehouse and primary operation of a FMCG industry. As part of a team of five currently managing 142 employees and delivering approximately 100000+ baskets per week on a 24/7 shift pattern 365 days a year. This includes managing the warehouse team on the assembly and checking of customer orders and the distribution and delivery of these orders in line with KPI's and trace-ability. Whilst also managing the primary operation to run efficiently in a daily changing delivery model whilst complying with driver hours regulations. I have been personally responsible for the warehouse layout and design through changes in customer profile for our “Put to Light” system to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
