- Manage 80+ FTE- $16m direct revenue responsibility annually- Lead a cultural change in the Travel Centre business which addressed high attrition, poor performance and declining customer satisfaction levels- Project managed a strategic cross-functional project group which delivered significant benefit by exiting a combination of under performing routes and assets which resulted in market share growth of 12%- Project Manager for a strategic project team which secured a new revenue stream via a strategic alliance with an affiliated business.
