I always looked for opportunities to add value to my core role by taking on side projects, researching and analysing areas where I felt we could improve, and challenged myself by exploring solutions and thinking outside the box. The role involved the auditing of calls and cases within the intermediary division to ensure continued technical and service excellence across the department. I also produced monthly quality reports for senior management, delivered training, shadowing sessions, and departmental presentations, and drafted and issued technical updates. The role required excellent technical knowledge of a range of contracts and good customer service.
