CurrentA brand new Process Serving Agency, that I had just started; I have had experience with this prior to my military service in the United States Army Military Police Corps. I am also a New York State Licensed/Registered Security Officer, a Volunteer Firefighter and a U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliarist. Process Service is a very important tool for law enforcement and for state or district courts as well. Process Servers act on be half of either a court judge, a lawyer, or even law enforcement agencies giving notice to the people of their “Due Process Rights” (serving delivering Writs or Civil Complaints or other types of notifications from district courts) with several techniques and skills to accomplish these goals for their clients or clientele. Serving Others Process Service, DBA is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Daniel Smith Process Service Agent and is based out of Oneonta, NY Otsego County, giving service to Chenango County, Schoharie County, Broome County, and Sullivan County, NY. Pay/Charge for services rendered:$75 per serve.$10 for gas, distance, and time traveled per attempt.$15 extra per attempt made beyond the 3rd attempt has been made.$65 Flat rate if serving more than one individual within the same residence (i.e. house, apt, etc.) (the $10 Fee for gas. distance, and travel is still in effect, as well as the extra $15 for every reattempt after the 3rd attempt).Eviction Notice Prices may very(per circumstances in the amount of attempts distance and duration at site of eviction).
