- Football development officer responsible for all things football within the university, ranging from the very grassroots rock up and play to orchestrating the inter mural leagues to managing the university development team. Overall the programme I oversaw worked with over 1500 participants per semester.- I introduced and developed a new community facing project for girls ages 5-11 to play football, this has been so successful it was chosen by the FA to be filmed. This initiative produced 15 new student referees and saw 30 members of the university football teams gain coaching experience.- Worked with local organisations and teams to develop partnerships.- Worked with internal university communities as well as local, national, and international partners to maximise the use of the facilities we had (4G pitch; 3 grass pitches and a 3G pitch).

My primary role was to develop the opportunities to participate in football for all abilities, from complete beginners and novices to the elite performers competing in BUCS competitions. In addition, I was tasked with creating an effective team that ensured that all sessions provided ran smoothly and to a high standard. I worked closely with the university sports participation officers to strive to maintain these standards and continue to improve the way football is delivered within the university.I was very successful in this position and I was recognised for my hard work, receiving the "sport activator of the year" award.
