Dan is a specialist chancery and commercial barrister. He has experience in claims for provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, challenges to wills for lack of formal validity and undue influence, disputes involving the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, proprietary estoppel claims and a wide range of property work including disputed boundaries and easements.Since beginning his practice Daniel has appeared in the High Court on an application for a vesting order pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, drafted pleadings for fast track and small claims matters concerning breaches of leases and property damage, advised on cross-border litigation and service out of the jurisdiction, as well as appearing in many small claims trials and MOJ Stage 3 hearings.Daniel also has a special interest in mediation and, as an ADR Group accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator, is available to act as either mediator or counsel.
