•I recruit along the US & Canada; providing additional support for Recruitment/Hiring activities by coordinating kick-off and calibration meetings to discuss with Hiring Managers and stakeholders •Driving and delivering recruitment across the business and assisting the Global Recruitment Team in Global recruitment initiatives and needs.• Be an advisor to the business on recruitment and market intelligence.• Roll out new recruitment initiatives to line managers.• Own and communicate the recruitment process across the business.• Own and execute the process for contractor manning as well as staff recruitment.• Support proactive recruitment methods to attract the best talent in the market place• Roll out of new processes and initiatives around recruitment to the HR team.• Work closely with HRBPs and Shared services team on recruitment progress and efficiency gains in terms of the recruitment process and handover points.• Managing a team of Recruiters and upskilling them to be proactive and resourceful partners to the business and HRBPs.• Delivery of training on search, selection, interviewing techniques, Global recruitment initiatives etc.• Chairing regular meetings to discuss focus, delivery, sourcing, vacancies and strategy with individuals and the team.• Be a mentor and lead by example for the team.• Supporting business leaders to make unbiased recruitment decisions.• Prioritising Safety Critical Vacancies

Consolidar la información de las diversas fuentes de reclutamiento.Contactación y pre screening telefónico a los candidatos mapeados.Ingresar los datos de los candidatos al sistema.Publicaciones de la oferta laboral en las bolsas de trabajo.Coordinar con el HM para el relevamiento del perfil o diseño del mismo.Brindar el soporte en la elección de la estrategia de sourcing.Entrega de terna.Realizar reporte y análisis de sus procesos.

Atención, Recepcion-entrega de documentos y agenda de reuniones entre los países participantes en inglés
