Managed and led the delivery and rollout of the Electronic Records Retention (ERR) project which focused on the automation of electronic and digital records and data retention enterprise-wide. Developed project management deliverables including, project charter, project plan, communications and risk management plan. Produced weekly status reports and presented status to senior management throughout the project life cycle. Interfaced heavily with business users and business area subject matter experts to gather requirements and develop functional and technical design specifications. Successfully led the development and roll out of applications and obtained user sign off on completed project in compliance with corporate policies and tax audit requirements. Participated in the implementation and rollout of the Multiple Distribution & Handling (MDH) project. This new system allowed Nissan business units to apply different freight charges for various model codes and destinations by utilizing an automated online and batch based system. Assisted the project manager in estimating, budgeting and assignment of project resources as well as assisted in developing various project management deliverables such as project charter, project plan, communications and risk management plans. Performed time management, reviewed and approved resource time sheets and peer reviewed resource deliverables. Coordinated and facilitated gathering of business requirements, conducted JAD sessions, and developed detailed design documentation. Led the development of online and batch components. Developed test documentation and conducted user acceptance testing.

Participated in the design, development and implementation of the Electronic Business Expense Report (eBER) project. eBER was a web based application with interfaces to SAP. The new system automated the creation, distribution, review and approval of employee expense reports enterprise-wide. Performed requirements gathering, developed functional and technical design documentation and performed application testing as well as end-user acceptance testing.

Participated in the full cycle design, development and support of the Total Ownership Survey (TOS) system. TOS system performed customer satisfaction survey processing for 150 Infiniti retailers nationwide and consisted of 200+ online, batch and reporting modules. TOS functions included summarization, retailer census, mail and phone survey processing, survey sampling rules, retailer inquiry and reporting. Performed analysis and design, unit, regression, system and user acceptance testing for online, batch and reporting modules. Developed detailed documentation and user acceptance testing in conjunction with multiple third party vendors such as Insight and Solutions, and Maritz Research.

Led the design and development of enhancements and upgrades for the Auto Policy Processing System (APPS) as designed by E&Y. APPS system consisted of auto policy creation and maintenance as well as credit reporting functionality.
