Troubleshooting and problem resolving in a timely manner for customers using Micro Motion mass flow meters via email and phone.

In charge of new business opportunities for the company, preparation of specifications for new markets, fee changes, market implementations, creation of new platforms and strategies for a better and more stable system.

In need of better communication between customer-support-provider, this department was created to take all the escalations from the Operations department, acquiring full responsibility of the servers, system stability and direct communication with all company providers, this becoming a more trustful channel for all the people involved in the business.

Supervised the operations department, also had all the subareas under control, made sure all the work was done correctly and reported any issue to different departments to satisfy clients’ needs.

Gave support to customers in either software related or market related questions, via email, chat or phone. Also needed to take care of the risk losses.
