My responsibilities entail handling all aspects of litigation including motion practice, discovery practice, formulating litigation strategies, trial preparation, and mediation appearances.Additionally, I formulate, initiate, manage, and audit processes and procedures to verify lender compliance with mortgage servicing rules and regulations for clients of our firm and affiliated firms nationwide.I have assisted in the representation of both creditors and debtors in collection, foreclosure, eviction, and other matters throughout Ohio as well as in bankruptcy matters in the Northern District of Ohio. I have substantial experience in briefing, mediating, and arguing appellate matters in numerous districts throughout the State of Ohio and in federal appellate court.I routinely draft, review, and analyze contracts for complex loans, property transfers, and settlement and release agreements. I also have a great deal of experience in negotiating settlements including the restructuring of debts, acquisition of real property, and transfer and release of liens and judgments on real property.
