Took initiative and responsibility for researching relevant and more workable technology and platforms and acted as the person of contact for all stakeholders. These included students, professors, the IT, Digitalisation and Marketing departments. This enabled professors to easily produce video content and students to access the learning content digitally on demand.Within the context of extremely high demand for personal support I set up processes and project managed several video productions with external video agencies. These included:• Explainer videos for online Faculty courses, filmed or motion designed.• Videos for marketing purposes like image films of events or products. These enabled higher quality and quantity production of video content and marketing material, decreased workload and reduced stress for faculty staff.Where outsourcing of video production was not economic, I produced videos of recent events and interviews on campus. This provided greater flexibility to capture important on campus events and speakers.Acquired and maintained a range of video equipment and a video studio, which enabled the marketing department to cover a wide range of video productions like livestreams or testimonials and enabled students to borrow equipment for lecture related projects or student club events.

While I deepened my video producing experience I enabled visibility for regional clubs, projects and artists.As a freelancer for architecture models and interior architecture visualisations, my dedication to high detail enabled the architects to communicate their ideas for spaces and special markers to their costumers.

In the semester breaks I managed the production of several image films with an external video agency about each program of the university. By coordinating the stakeholders on campus and assisting during the shoot, I maintained optimal efficiency on the day of shooting with the external Agency.

During the courses or sessions I lead participants to understand the necessary basics of developing story ideas, and the use of video equipment and design, which enabled them to start working on their own creative ideas.• Welcomed costumers during service hours to lend out equipment and to support them in their video productions with the use of video and editing equipment, as well as provided tips in design and montage.• Took initiative to transform the updated corporate identity into motion designed videos for the TV program, as well as set up software processes for automatic content creation and file conversion.As part of the training and apprenticeship I leaned:• Project management in video production. • Handling video- and sound-equipment in regard to its technical and design aspects for use in linear and non-linear projects.• Journalistic research and preparing interviews.• Editing videos with the focus on journalistic goals with industry standard software.
