As a project manager in our Elkton office, Dan oversees the work of engineering teams designing land development projects in McCrone’s northeastern service area. With project experience in both Maryland and Delaware, Dan manages all aspects of project administration functions including scheduling and project permit path analysis, staff training, quality assurance review, authoring reports, gathering and distributing project information, meeting clients and preparing proposals, and correspondence. He coordinates projects with clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors to bring projects to permit quickly. Since 1999, Dan has amassed experience conducting technical evaluations supporting stormwater quality and quantity management, flood studies, road, intersection, and parking design, water distribution, sewage collection, infrastructure rehabilitation, and design. First as an EIT, and later a licensed P.E., Dan has provided civil engineering design and project management for a variety of clients, including private and commercial landowners, educational institutions, and municipalities.
