Project Development Manager
During my time at Lanbob, I oversaw the expansion project of a banana farm. The project was an expansion of 120 hectares of bananas. Day to day activities included, managing labor, running machinery and operators, diesel control, planning irrigation installations with reference to designs from the engineers, ordering spares, steel implements manufacturing such as tractor trailers and pump houses, nursery management for banana seedlings, over head propping installation, over saw all contractors work. I was also involved from time to time on the production side of the existing 200 hectares. Over seeing fertilizer applications, fertigation teams. I was very involved in the workshops during my stint here, making sure all machinery were in working order to complete my task at hand.
