Following 9 years working with the RBS group, I am looking for new opportunities to expand on my data protection experience. I have enjoyed working in process driven roles that combine analysis and reporting whilst leading projects across multiple business units, and I would enjoy applying my experience to a new environment. GDPR - Organised the collation of all user access to first understand the scope of systems in use per team, ensure accurate access is provided where needed, incorrect access is removed and that no conflicts of interest exist. Cross-referenced with the GDPR guidelines to ensure that data remains compliant with new European regulations.Records Management and Risk Analysis - Championed the implementation of Records Management principles into teams, working with a policy to standardise approaches whilst adhering to legal requirements. Including the classification of records, how they are named, how long they can be stored, what classifications they should hold, when they should be destroyed and any restrictions on handling this data.Performance reporting and forecasting - Ran daily regulatory risk reports to comply with industry standards, and have experience working with workflow data to forecast peaks ahead of time to better utilise team resources and cope with increases in demand.
